VCI VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

VCI connects caring volunteers with children and older adults across Central Florida through three programs: the AmeriCorps Seniors Senior Companion Program, the AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program, and the OTTER literacy program. Whether you want to mentor a child, support a homebound senior, or share your love of reading, there is a place for you here.

Adults 55 and older who meet income eligibility guidelines can earn a tax-free stipend through our AmeriCorps Seniors programs. The OTTER program is open to community volunteers 18 and older of all income levels.
